Please include:

clear photos of the item,
and clear photos of the packaging received.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the required timeframe may result in your claim being denied.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided for:
incorrect shipping information entered at checkout,
delays caused by shipping providers,
packages marked as delivered,
customs delays or inspections,
items seized, flagged, withheld, or destroyed by customs or border authorities,
or change of mind after purchase.
All orders are placed entirely at the customer’s own risk.
